Sharing my worst experience with this so called 5 star (self rated ) Aya center. I am from Bangalore. Last year after long search found this Aya center who agreed to provide a 24 hours nanny for my toddler kid. Her name is Mithu Malo. Both me and my husband are working. Since March this year due to Covid situation both started working from home. This lady initially behaved properly, but after we started being at home observed drastic change in her behaviour. The moment you point out any fault or mistake in her work, she used to start arguing very rudely. Soon we started noticing that she behave very strange after the any such argument and starts talking to herself (blabbering) atleast next couple of hours. She even used to curse my kid... When he used to be fussy while eating. She never knows how to behave with kid or handle them. So many times my kid got choked due the improper way of giving him food of water. Whenever I caught her doing this and stopped..... The whole shouting thing started immediately. I had no option at that point of time as there was no possibility of getting replacement from other agencies. More than spending time with kid she used to be either washing utensils and being in washroom. She is completely manic and definitely need treatment and not at all is suitable for this job. Hence beware of her if you really care about your kid.
