I was a regular customer and the sole reason behind buying from Brown Apron was their quality. But this time and last time the meat was full of fat. You won't believe the amount of fat I got from chicken alone. Initially they used to trim the fat well, but now that's not the case. And I don't like the idea of holding money in wallet. It is equivalent to looting customers and I don't think you can collect money this way legally. Anyhow I won't buy from Brown Apron again as the quality of product has deteriorated significantly.

Just got some mutton from them. Excellent quality, neatly cut with no extra linings and fat.trimmed to perfection.Very satisfied. Recommended.
Never thought of buying any meat products from Brown Apron., if your concern was to buy a quality product. This was my second mistake/complaint. Will never ever buy a product again from Brown Apron. Today have ordered Pink perch curry cut and Roopchand Fillet. Totally shocked when unwrapped the pink perch case. Fishes packed were compltely spoiled and decomposed. Didn't even opened the Roopchand. Returned both the product. VERY PATHETIC service. Wonder how butcher didn't noticed while cleaning / preparing curry cut. This implied their quality in service. Hereby attached the bill and snap of the product for info.

I have been ordering from Brown Apron on a weekly basis for several months now. I am very happy with the spot on service that they provide & especially also with the quality of chicken & seafood that I have received. The options for cut & with/without skin options make it easy to customise my purchases based on my menu plan for the week. Thank you Brown apron & keep up the excellent service.
I ordered at around 1 pm and got my order delivered promptly by around 5. Though my area option was not there in dropdown, I selected a close by area and ordered. They deliver in tiny plastic trays (please refer to image). I ordered for seer fish (Anjal in Kannada and Vanjra in others ) , honestly speaking I thought I was screwed looking at them but nonetheless they were as fresh as the idlis you get at at 7 am in any one our darshinis. Having said that one piece out of the lot , I think I got about 8-10 of them felt like a soggy idly but was aite. Why the comparison with idly ? I dunno, why is Crocin white? Anyways my dear in-house expert, my mother told me that the fish was good and that's the final word! Word! PS: Tasted real good as well, that credit goes to my dear mother.

Regular customer to Brown Apron for the last 4 plus year and love the quality of their meat products and its fresh and tender cuts, especially their Bannur Lamb curry cut and Rib chops....A MUST TRY..Quick in service and delivery at a very low price compared to all online meat players. Good work Team.
