Tent and sleeping bag well maintained and clean.excellent pricing and prompt service. Quality products jackets head light ,sunglasses ,hiking pole.pant every product is sanitized cost saving also

Loved their products. It was my first time renting a camping gear, their product was of good quality, their trekking bag especially was super rugged and comfortable. Cost is pretty decent. They are situated slightly far in the city but great customer service also. They have been doing this for more than 8 years, apparently started from a small shop to now having multiple services, kudos to the team.

Very poor quality, not hygenic at all, very bad response from staff. I dont recommend it for anyone.the place is a total mess. The shoes are good for scrap. Minus points

The owner was very good in phone call enquiries and there were perhaps jackets and tents that looked good in quality. I had very specific requirements of 4 pairs of snow shoes for kashmir trip, 2 for men and 2 for women (I had made this very clear during my mutiple calls with the owner). In the phone calls the owner was very cooperative and helpful. He said it was all available. But when I drove 40 kms to the place, it was a big disappointment. Size 8s and size 5.5s which he said in the calls were available, when I went there, he gave me 8.5 shoes. Size 5.5 he said was available during our calls, they were not available when we went there. I requested for any 5.5 shoes multiple times, they didn't even reply properly. They were neither saying yes nor saying no as to whether they actually have the requested shoes. Owner was not attentive, staff were not helpful. Shoes were neither of the required sizes nor of expected quality. Shoes in the store were not sorted or in lines. They were all piled up. I requested for my size shoes multiple times, the staff gave different sizes and looked disinterested in helping me. I then started finding for any good shoe in my size myself. Wish you the best for your business but I am deeply disappointed at your in-store customer service. You could have at least talked properly. It felt like you were trying to avoid interaction in the store at max and going back to your corner in the store. My family felt were also deeply disappointed that we drove 40 kms just for your store and you were not even being present to help us explore all the shoes that could match our clearly stated requirements.

Nice place to rent trekking equipments. Was looking to hire sleeping bags. The person was kind in explaining how they sanitize, clean, steam and iron them. He shared me a PDF brochure with exhaustive details..

There are not good in returning policy.. Recently I returned the one of the damage UV Sunglasses.They Just Say the amount to Pay without any proof or Slip for the payment on the damage goods. Need to pay whatever they coat on the product. I asked them to give the Purchase slip when was this product purchased..But they denied to provide.So please be careful friends while returning......
