The hall is situated in between a large ground with nice walkway and green lawn, the memorial is classic Chinese styled building with marvellous artworks done on the walls and ceiling of the hall.

Excellent place to see the work and history of Chinese traveller Hiuen Tsang who visited to India during 7th century..must visit if you come to visit Nalanda University...
A memorial built in the memory of a traveller and a monk who came to India in the 7th century. He had visited Nalanda during his 12 years stay in the country. The hall is built in a typical chinese style. There are many placards depicting the travel and about Huien Tsang inside the hall. There is a large statue of him in a sitting pisition. Its a must visit place with rich history.
Very beautiful place and mind gets peace and not the answer to the art of here.

I happened to be there when I was on Nalanda tour. One of the place to visit there to see the Buddhism culture and beauty of architecture with calm ambience. You can go with friends and family. Very reasonable entry fee.
When chinese yatri wensang came to india it is the place for those memorable days.
