First of all reading the reviews I didn't find this cafe good but although I tried it as sometimes the feedbacks are not good.... When I reach there it looks good and after that we had ordered ourselves some things to eat as we both were pure vegetarian so we ordered veg good with clear instructions to the staff to take care of that as we don't even eat egg and we follow our religion with full heart. Later on when the food came we started eating it and after few bites the taste was weird of the dishes we ordered, as they served us non veg food (chicken nuggets) as we ordered pure veg food with clear instructions to the staff.... When we immediately report this to the manager he didn't take us seriously and starts taking us for granted. After seeing no response from the cafe staff and their harsh attitude towards the customer satisfaction and serving non veg to the customer despite clear instructions, moreover there were not so many people to get confused in the orders, there were only a bunch of people maximum 6-7. The staff was very reckless and unprofessional. Never I repeat never try this cafe as they will not even entertain your issues and may serves you chicken by calling it vegetarian. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I have made the worst mistake of my life to ignore the previous reviews about this place. I should have taken their advice and shouldn't try them. To be very frank there are plenty of cafes out here, don't even think to try them but if u want to get your religion destroyed then go ahead. But perosonally I would not suggest anyone to try this place ever. Worst experience of my life.
Nice place
I wouldn't have given a sinhle star for the kind of hospitality they served. A staff of yours inappropriately asked me and my partner to shift to another table in the middle of what we were having which irritated me the most. He treated as if we were having some free food. Dear management please include hospitality training of your staff from the next time you hire one. It would be an immense pleasure to the customers. Thank you!
Nice Restaurant, per person cost is also less. Overall it's quite good
