I ordered for mutton curry cut and mutton boneless with 90 minute delivery. I got a call later that mutton boneless is not available and to replace with another product. I wanted to cancel, but on their request, I agreed for 2 packs of mutton curry cut and partial refund (as boneless is comparatively expensive). When I received the delivery, the mutton was very smelly, almost rotten. I have to throw the entire mutton.

Well, what can I say. It's just too awesome. It was first experience with #Zappfresh.com. I ordered fish in the morning at 7 am and they delivered it to me at 9:30 am. This is fastest delivery I ever received. Off course, after dominos. But hey! Fish is too awesome. I applied masala onto it about to fry it now. Have a look at the pictures. Zappfresh, Well done!!!

I didn't even want to give them 1 star. The chicken I ordered was too smelly and stale. When I asked for the refund they denied and said they will replace the product by tomorrow or day after. The team is not cooperating and the quality is too too too pathetic. Never ever I am gonna order from zapfresh again. Such a bad experience.

Before placing a order with this fraud company. Kindly check my honest review. I have placed an order for mutton, they have taken payment online and no delivery status found and information updated by them. Promise time of delivery ended then i called on their customer care number for confirmation of delivery. They simply replied on my order status, my order is cancelled due to less manpower. We will initiate your refund it will take 5 to 7 working days time for refund. I want to know that when I placed the order, why they have not update me for delivery status? Why you have taken orders when there was no availability of manpower? They have charged money and why it will take 7 days time to return?

Ordering meats online are now made easy using zappfresh. They claim to deliver fresh meat. I have tried their service much time and always got a new and on time delivery. They are best in the frozen meat category and offer a wide range of menu from chicken to buff. They also served a partially cooked list which you need to fry and eat at home.
