If you are an agency that will be working for the company. Kindly get agreements signed and take payments in advance. These guys do not respond to emails or phone call. They want their work done immediately but aren't willing to pay for it at all. Their feedback system takes days sometimes weeks to comeback. They have been a constant pain for us when it comes to payments. Also on a side note, kindly check on LinkedIn or wherever as to the validity of the positive comments. They could all be company employees.

If you are a vendor never work with them. These guys are highly unprofessional. They would expect you to start working for them immediaetly, and when it will come to invoices clearance you will have a hell of a time getting it cleared. Their requirements will change as soon as you ask for invoice clearance and they will come up with every kind of excuse not to clear it. Never work with them on good faith, make sure you are being paid in advance and have everything in written. If possible just avoid them

They don't even deserve ONE star! Even we had experienced the same, they took the services from us and when it came to the invoice clearances no answer for the calls not replies for the emails.
