THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST CYCLE SHOP IN PANCHKULA. I have been to Giri Cycle shop and Nagpal Cycle Store in Panchkula earlier, so I know what I'm talking about. The best part about 11 Bike Lane is that they're very upfront about what they're selling to you. Unlike others, they don't try to pass off a copy as original. They tell you exactly what to expect with the product you chose. They attend to a customer immediately and deal with them in the most respectful manner. Also, they take time to answer all your queries and patiently explain the pros and cons of everything from rear derailleur to the bike itself. The prices of all commodities are comparatively cheaper to others. The design of their showroom is very hip and contemporary. Also the range of the Cycles are exhaustive. All in all, I'm very happy with the services provided. DO TRY THEM ONCE - I BET YOU'LL BE BACK AGAIN.
