We had bought the Treadmill installed in our office for staff welfare purpose. Salesman Mr.Arzeen gave good understanding on the machine and give the complete fitness overview.The services provided by the propel regarding the installation and demonstration is very useful for the utilization of the Tread mill especially beginners. The service and follow up measures provided by the ACME Fitness center selaiyur was very good especially the staff of the fitness center was very cooperative. Overall experience with the Fitness center and the staff of the center is very nice.

Had a problem with my BH Iridium avant model eliptical. With the electronic board. Was rectified a few months ago and the problem recurred once again. They took it, sent it to chennai. Waited for almost 3 weeks and today they said it's perfectly sorted out. They fixed it. The same problem is still there. Absolutely unprofessional. Regret. Service is as important as sales. The service personnel were very courteous, but what's the point. If it's beyond service, I should have been told. I have missed my workout for more than a month. I would have gone for a new equipment.
