One of the best exclusive ford showroom. Ambience is excellent. Sitting arrangement is excellent. The staff have great sense of handling client. More to that they have kept the showroom very clean and also maintained Covid-19 Guidelines. Due to some medical condition i couldn't visit the showroom so I have requested them home test Drive and they have provided me home test Drive. Even they helped me with my loan documents at home. The showroom is located at good location. They offered me best price and excellent services. Provided all transaction receipt with showroom stamps. Explained all documents and service related processes. Special mention, Nisha Khan from day one , till delivery of car and even afterwards she keep connecting to help me regarding my queries, kept following up with more informations.. regarding my car. Don't forget to check 5L petrol as they claim they have filled in Car at the time of Delivery. It shouldn't be on papers only. I am still not confident about 5L petrol.

Special thanks to sales team personal Anish who has helped me out in explaining the minute details along with benefits of ecosport. I had got my booking done Anish was constantly in touch and letting me know about the status of delivery. branch manager and support staff are also very humble. overall staff is very courteous to offer support in various things . Specially during delivery I hardly had to wait all paperwork was ready in advance
