Do not trust this company. I ordered some castors at the start of September and had the wrong item delivered. That was fine as we all make mistakes. But I then had to prove I had been sent the wrong item and then pack it up and return to the courier. I heard nothing for two weeks and then they have said that that do not have any of my contact details. So I am left out of pocket, no item and can not get a refund and forwarded an item onto another customer for them! Wow. All they had to do to make things right, was to send out a replacement order. It's annoying as the item did not even cost that much! Poor service.

They're truthful. They try to keep to their promise which is quality. And it shows. Just this one item \Irijah\ cabinet handles (2 handles) which I'd ordered amongst a few came in a slightly different size. But again, I must say they strive for good service. Try to keep it up.

I have already bought other things from this company. Extremely efficient in both postage and replying to any questions I had. The door handles I have purchased are of high quality. If you like something then I recommend to buy it as it was top quality and much cheaper than purchasing in Sydney Australia.. The builder who fitted my door handle said he has not seen such high quality of screws and handles in many many years. The pull down mechanism he said was a superior quality that is hard to find these days. Simone Sydney Australia

I was hesitant to order from a company across the globe that I could find almost no reviews on, but I have no regrets. I saved money and got a product I liked. I never received the tracking number for the shipment, and take note that they do not ship out for a week or even two weeks, but once my package shipped (which I found out about via the live chat on their website when I inquired,) it arrived sooner than I expected. The center-to-center measurement on the long cabinet pulls I ordered varied up to an eighth of an inch, so measure each one individually before you drill. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will likely be a return customer.
