Good work done by Agarwal estates team in identifying a suitable flat for me and helping me during tough times of Covid. The team is always available and is extremely responsive. One point worth mentioning is that these guys represented me in all the discussions with the onwer and never in the last 6 months of my interactions with Agarwal team have I felt that I am being asked unfair amount for the services. It was a really smooth experience dealing with Agarwal Estates when I have to give my apartment for rent. They send an expert to do the inspection and listed down all issues and inventory. They then sent a quote for fixing the issues. In parallel they started advertising the property. And lo and behold, my property was rented in less than a month. One of the best experiences I have had moving into a new rented house. I worked with Debjani from Agarwal Estates to start with when we saw the add in no broker. From there onwards Debjani and team took over all the responsibilities and all we had to do it is move into this new house. They made sure that the house was ready for us to move and took care of all the paper work. My contract was up for renewal and the team did the most considerate thing by talking on our behalf to the owner to make sure that the rent was not increased due to the COVID situation . All in all I would surely recommend Agarwal Estates .
