A good selection of clothes BUT so overpriced!!the tuktuk driver took us here and waited the whole time so he must be a part of it. The lady at the store was nice at first, but after a while she had an aggressive mood, told us she would give a good price and not to worry but the discount of 200 rupees was not significant at all in comparison to the amount we spent. Definitely feel cheated after reading that other people had the same experience.

This place is mostly a tourist trap. Most Agra tour guides take the tourists here and rush them into buying things after demonstrating the marble inlay manufacturing process. Considering that this store is in Agra itself, where the handicrafts are made, it should be reasonably priced. But that is not the case. I ended up buying a number of marble items like elephants, decorative plate, Taj Mahal from here based on the craftsmanship, disregarding the price and since I could afford it. But later realized that the same stuff is available inside Mumbai international airport for lesser price and similar craftsmanship quality. Airport is supposed to be the most expensive place to buy things, so that explains how overpriced items at this store are! Also, they seem to have a fixed price, so no scope of bargaining. The only things I found to be sort of reasonably priced were the marble elephants (about 500 rupees). But all the other stuff is extremely overpriced. For example, I paid around 6k INR for a marble inlay plate. I saw a similar marble inlay plate at the Mumbai airport for 3k INR. I also overheard my tour guide say something about 20% to the shopkeepers here after I paid my bill, which now clearly seems to be his commission. He made a good 3000 INR from my purchase!!! Oh well, lesson learnt! Be very cautious buying anything here!
