It's really a fraud company. During the selling of policy, they promised with wrong commitments that you will get the benefits and after a year they denied with their promise. In my case, I have purchased the policy in the last year and before I purchased, I took the confirmation for portability of my existing policy and for additional maternity benefit and that time Tunika Belani (Territory Manager who is seating at Baroda Branch) had replied that yes these benefits will given to u and after receiving policy, I came to know that I got totally different policy, even I got the policy without portability as well as maternity benefit even when I asked to Tunika Belani and her Sales Area Manager "Rasendra Vyas" that why you haven't informed me in prior about the impossibility but they don't have any answer. It seems that just because of to achieve their target they are giving wrong information to their clients. They are misleading the customer. Even after discussing with them they were unable to give any solution for this case. So they are not valuing their customers after providing the policy.

You get information only in office hour and if person is in mood.Otherwise nothing you will get.Parking facility is available.situated on the third floor.Even SBI LIFE insurance office is next to it.

worst Experience on ICICI LOMBARD 4 wheeler insurance. Very bad staff . I complaint against the person who investigate my four wheeler insurance claim at customer care number 2 days ago but not any reply from icici Lombard . Worst Experience with icici Lombard.

DEAR ALL PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE FROM ICICI LOMBARD COMPANY. ONCE YOU PAY PREMIUM AND IF YOU KEEP YOUR CAR FOR INSURANCE CLAIM .HE WILL SHOW YOU PHOTO OF YOUR PREVIOUS DAMAGE AND YOUR CAR INSURANCE WILL BE REJECTED .I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IN PAST. SO PLEASE DO NOT RENEW YOUR INSURANCE WITH TBIS COMPANY. I ALSO REQUEST MARUTI INSURANCE TO REMOVE ICICI LOMBARD FROM WISH LIST OF CUSTOMER. THANKS M.D.THAMAR

this bank is making fool. While taking insurance they r offering everything. And while vehicle got accident and will go for insurance they r saying will give money for one side whichever we like. Making fool us dont take insurance from icici... Thanks Bharat
