Services from Otto Bock, Ahmedabad were admirable during artificial limb fittment and post fittment practice. The staff members are very much polite and cooperative. Extending hearty services during the epidemic, maintaining all safety precautions. Request to provide follow up visits at other district places, as if handicapped patient can travel to Ahmedabad from long distance, why can't the ottobock staff. Pratik (my nephew) lost his right leg above knee, due to amputation post stroke. His physiotherapist gave his best treatment as required for prosthesis. Within the period of 9 months (from 6th Sept., 2019 to June., 2020,) including delayed fittment due to lockdown, he is able to walk on his own, and also able to climb stairs,with lock-knee prosthetic leg. Thanks to Nagesh and his team..

The whole team of Ottobock Ahmedabad is just excellent. The atmosphere there makes you feel at ease. They all are skilled and experienced in their respective fields, and are very cooperative. About prosthesis, they can judge from the way you walk during the trial, what changes are needed to be made. These things only come from experience and through knowledge. They listen to our problems carefully and work accordingly. I would say, they believe in Perfection!!!
