Useless service! A friend was not well today afternoon in Noida and as she was not in a state to visit any doctor by her self, I thought of using Portea to get help for her. But first of all the the app did not send me any code to verify. later after 30 minutes when it finally did, the app then did not accept the address that i was trying to put in. Tired of all app thingy i tried calling their toll free number to which i got no response for 15 minutes. I tried to start a chat to which i got a response 4 hours later. So as I said, USELESS SERVICE!!
