i booked a flight from ahm to statue of unity and back . the experience was amazing . as the plane flies a liitle above from ground level , you can see everything clearly . the plane was a bit nosiy but they do provide ear plugs so its not an issue . the staff and captian of the plane were very friendly and helpful . everyone should definitely sit in this plane atleast once in their life . An experience worth remembering .

Nice initiative to promote tourism, but i hope it will continue and more of this will develop. Currently on 14th Nov. flights are scheduled after 10:30, and Charges are 1500 Rs. Per person. Online and offline both bookings are available
If you want to go Statue of Unity by air, then you can take small floating flight from the Sabarmati Riverfront Water Aerodrome and also you can get back from Statue of Unity to Amdavad by using this floating flight. Excellent initiative by the government. I hope we will also get other destinations soon using this flight. Place is like mini airport, maintained neat and clean.
