- Hello Team, Greeting!! i am writing this email because i am not satisfied with the services, maintenance downtime window i can understand 'll be fine and okay with it HOWEVER it is not pronounced. My first complaint where i am in middle of meeting with costumer and i have lost connectivity @ 2 AM I waited till 10 AM because the helpline opens only in day general shift. Finally i have an engineer (@12.30PM) to check the physical connectivity WHICH they found perfect and routed the call to ADSL 2 Modem configuration department , SUDDENLY i received the call from SD and agent said that had issue because the fiber down - previously she said you are connected! Since yesterday my connection is very unstable multiple time i have kicked out from the RDP sessions just because of unstable connection. 2"nd experience:- Same issue i reported to SD(Complaint center) & she gently replied me she will send one executive at my door step in order to narrow down the issue. For evidence perceptive i have attached the continuous ping result so that you can understand my pain also. My humble request to you guys if you can provide such kind of professional services so i'll be very happy to continue be a part of your circle OR i need to look forward to other option.
