We relocated our 3 months old Shih Tzu puppy from New Delhi , India to Toronto in Canada. We were very hesitant to hire a third party at first however read the great reviews of Airpets and requested their support. From the time we signed up till today when our Puppy has been received in Toronto, Vandana and Varun from Airpets were extremely quick in communication. They are a knowledable team and took care of everything proactively. If it wasn't for them our puppy would have missed her flight. Team Airpets went last moment and picked our puppy from the senders home and got it to the airport. Their help didn't stop there. We also faced a situation at the Toronto customs and Vandana and Varun helped us at the beck of a message even though they didn't need to as it wasn't any fault of theirs. I thank Vandana and Varun for all their help in making this extremely complex process easy. I strongly recommend Airpets to all. Good luck to Airpets!

I am very satisfied with the extremely professional pet relocation services provided by AirPets India. I had to relocate my pet red ear slider turtle “Ninja” from India to the UK, which was no easy task. Turtles are hardly transferred internationally as pets and even though the concerned UK authorities had given their clearances, most of the pet transfer agencies based in India (which to my surprise were also IPATA certified) had blatantly refused to take up my case as they wanted only easier pets like dogs and cats. Vandana, being an ardent pet lover, left no stone unturned in getting all the necessary clearances from India and helping me reunite with Ninja. She worked with utmost dedication and sincerity, day in and day out, in this difficult situation. We came across multiple challenges and roadblocks but Vandana just refused to give up! I am happy to say that Ninja has a new home with me in the UK. She’s taking time to adjust to the new surroundings but she’s strong and gradually finding her way through. I would definitely recommend AirPets to those who want to relocate their beloved pets nationally or internationally. The organisation is being run by extremely professional and dedicated pet lovers who will ensure that your pet reaches you safe, sound and happy! Thank you AirPets India!

Airpets (especially Vandana) was extremely helpful in relocating our pet cat from India to Singapore during a stressful time full of uncertainties (due to COVID). They helped arrange the blood draw for the titer test from our mountainside home in Mussoorie, arranged all the paperwork, and were extremely flexible and accommodating when the COVID travel restrictions changed our plans. Vandana even boarded our cat in her home when she arrived in Delhi late at night and cared for her like her own pet. I highly recommend communicating with AirPets by phone, as some details can be difficult to understand via email. We are so grateful to have our beloved cat safe and sound at home now!
