Very good housing project.... I own one in economy class.... The only problem is that economy class does not have lift service....

We visited several times of this on going housing project site for West Bengal Govt officers . Already there are few complete building for LIG , but all the building are empty . In new project there are 3 category of building . This project located closedto New Town School and near to New town gate / Rabindra Teertha / Narkelbagan more , 10 minitus walking distance . Water amusement park Aquatica and Eco park also not so far from this project . Upcoming metro station is also 5 minimum drive . My Mother in law , Deputy Director of WB Govt. booked a flat in classic 3 building on 8th floor . The view of New Town from 8th floor is excellent . The design of flat is not proper . Carpet area is not utilise properly . Mackintosh & Burn and Thier sub contractor doing the work . Building structure is almost completed as on December 2018 .
