I would like to give a negative review but unfortunately I cannot. I had reached out to the technician upon being suggested by our designer. They said it might be a bit tight to fit but said it can be done. Asked me to pay half, which I did. On the day, they brought wrong size screen for two of the windows and others were so tight it wouldn’t move. They took it back and when I called for refund, they never answered. Three days go by and I decide to call the proprietor (mr. jayadeep). He sounded reasonable at first but then turns out he doesn’t want to answer my calls either. Now I’m at loss of money and no product. We need to move into a house and can’t pay another vendor because Altech fans decided to cheat their customer. Please do not choose Altech for any of your services if you value your money.
