Whether it is about The food or room decoration.. # decoration was not done inspite of reminding atleast 10times from the beginning of our trip.. Worst experience.. Wastage of money

The worst houseboat you will ever stay in . They have dirty smelly rooms , one of the room was having broken fan . The houseboat staffs were not cooperating with us . The drinking water provided was foul smelling. After repeated arguments they provided mineral waters to us. We complained regarding the broken fan ,and requested them to turn the A/c , but they refused and only turned the ac after 9 pm. Very bad experience. I will not recommend this boathouse at all.

Note-I had booked a private boathouse for myself. The boat assigned to me was Namashivay A long way to go to satisfy their customers. Like -Staff is nice and helpful - Dislike -The area beneath the bed was like not sweeped since the boat was built. -No toiletries at all. Toilet was clean though. -Food need improvement Traveler tip -Book shared houseboat as I noticed the boats were well maintained and the staff also looked well trained. -Look for a houseboat which has upper sitting area/deck on it -This is a known thing but still AC will only be functioning once the houseboat is docked in the evening till morning. Management advice Please request you to personally look into this and get all the issues addressed. -Mosquito repellent is a must to carry.
