Very bad, they are opportunist, charging double during covid time. 1000 rs scan is now 2000, should not take advantage of tough times. Increasing 200 - 300 is understandable because they are also risking their lives and working but straightforward charging double is very bad, I was regular customer for them but now Opted for another diagnostic center who are charging regular prices.

My wife was admitted at Nice Hospital and was sent to this scan center for an emergency scan and they said the doctor would come by 10:30am and we were there by that time. My wife was in extreme pain. The doctor didnot turn up by 11:30am. The staff was least bothered. They were charging double the amount for the scan but the doctor was do relaxed and came at her convinience. Really bad service. Bad attitude of staff. Unfortunatey we had to go to the same scan center for a scan again and they gave us an appointment at 3pm. They made us wait for 2 hours inspite of the appointment and the report given was also not trust worthy according to the gastroenterologist.
