Really a cheap and best gym in Aligarh civil lines area
Gymnasium is good if you are well aware regarding your workout but if you rely on trainers then it won't be of much benefit as these trainers will force you to opt for personal training and they basically focus on candidates who have paid extra for personal training,and they will barely tell you what to do and won't be guiding you appropriately. I don't understand why don't the owner of the gym ponder this issue, it's the duty of trainer to guide each and every client, and there should be common training for all, I have paid the charges for gymnasium which includes training as well then why these fellows are forcing everyone to pay for personal training
I want to join for two months. How much it is going to charge. Reply as soon as possible.
