We have shifted my father from Jupiter Hospital to Horizon Hospital, it was just a 8 mins journey (Approx 4 km). We have called for Cardiac Ambulance. First it took more than half an hour to arrive. And secondly they have charged us 9500 for 4 km journey. Pathetic amd Overcharging.

They have the best service and operations. I needed a bill copy from old records to be dispatched to a different city all together. They helped me out with it and got it dispatched even before I could follow-up with them about it. Very prompt and helpful staff.

If had a choice, I would have chosen to give them below 1 star. In state of a cardiac emergency, called for a cardiac ambulance, had to shift the patient from Bhanushali hospital Thane ( as the ICU wasn't vacant) to Kaushalya Hospital, Thane. For a journey of just 10 mins, had to wait for cardiac ambulance for more than an hour. After rigorous follow-ups, they kept on buying time for 10 mins on every call. At the end when we lost our temper and called, they said they won't be able to send the ambulance and gave an unacceptable reason. Will not recommend Jeevan Ambulance Service to anyone in need. Very Unprofessional staff who doesn't understand the meaning of the word "CARDIAC EMERGENCY".

Ambulance was dispatched within minutes!! The attendants were very helpful too. Despite not having a lift in the building they managed to safely carry the patient on flexible stretcher.
