Worst shop....we bought O General AC, we thought to buy LG brand but shop owner brain washed and suggest O General AC to buy. That's ok O General is also a good brand in AC so choose it. After installation done AC outdoor unit is not working there is some manufacturing issue told by installation person. We informed same to shop owner and he sent one more electrician to repair, but we have not agreed to repair it because it's a new product. We asked replacement to shop owner but he is not agreed for replacement, after long fight he shouted and told ok we will replace outdoor unit. It's not a right to deal with customers. I suggest please visit Vasanth & Co. Or Darling digital near by and compare the product and assurance.
