Golden Temple (Harimandir Sahib) Amritsar Heritage Walk is a delight in itself. Starting from Town Hall till Golden Temple Complex, a kilometre long way is a perfect blend of Divinity, Culture and punjabi lifestyle. Enjoy variety of punjabi food, drinks and shopping along the walk. Night lighting is a feast for eyes and mind.

So the walk street is good but what I want to talk about is to draw the attention towards the shopkeepers here, most of them are rude if you don't buy their stuff they start arguing with the visitor. I have never heard such behavior from any shopkeeper wherever I go. I think they need a etiquette class.

Heritage walk is a guided tour deep inside the narrow lanes and Bye lanes of the 400 year old city of amritsar. One gets to see Katras, Akharas Bungas, Havelis,and Hatties. The walk takes you back in the time as you witness town planning traditional trade and crafts being Practiced in the same place and in the same manner as has been done for centuries.

I visited Amritsar in 2014 and after 5 years I got chance to get in this holy city once again. In 2-3 years it has been changed a lot, before the shops were so congested , roads were damaged, & there was no wide space at all. But now it has been reversed as you can see in images. It's looking like a foreign country & many things have been improved. I loved it. The combination of this Heritage Path & Holy Golden Temple could make it a 8th Wonder of World

Its an awesome place to chill and enjoy and you will get a spiritual vibe over here. Here is lots of street vendors and shops where you can get amazing food or some goodies like Clothing. Its always to be awesome to go over there and get spiritual vibes. Even if you want some dope photograph's you should take a look at this place.

Its the core of amritsar. If you really wanna get the right essence of the holy city then you should really opt for Amritsar Heritage Walk. Beautiful architecture and lots of places to eat the local food. Don’t miss the amritsari kulcha.

Nice place to visit with family. Kids enjoyed a lot. There was a very good restaurant which served excellent Punjabi food.
