Just like "Home" this place is really cute and cozy. It's a charming little nook off a busy road with street cafe flair and tasty bites. Toto is the perfect place to recharge! Place, owner and food will make you feel truly refreshed. The menu is small and select with lovely coffee and delicious snacks - quality over quantity. It's unlike the usual cafe scene this side of town (no attitude, no wannabe posh or pretentious hippie vibe) which is such a welcome change. Hope to see this place thrive!!!
This is one of the finest places to have a quiet snack. The place itself gives you the feeling of being in one of the small restaurants in Israel , that is ,if you’ve been to Israel. The menu is not too extensive but everything on it is really delicious. If you ask the owner what’s good on your menu she says,” everything is good n if it wasn’t good it wouldn’t have been on my menu”. I don’t think there is any other place in Goa that does vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine like Toto’s. Her mother’s home made cookies were a hit with my family. The ginger lemon and fresh mint tea is the most refreshing drink I’ve ever had. So if you do happen to visit Goa and if you love vegetarian Mediterranean food , you wouldn’t want to miss out on Toto’s. It’s on the way to Anjuna.
Cafe Toto was a everyday evening coffee spot for me. The coffee is AMAZING and so is the food. Without a doubt what makes this Cafe special is Sagit. She's this kind, energetic and just a overall wholesome person. If you are around Anjuna, a quick(or not so quick)stop here is highly recommended.

Simply love. Love towards the place, towards the host of the place, towards the food served here, ambience, all little cute details. Everything made me feel relaxed, like at home and food very innovative and delicious. Come over for some portion of your Green Tahini. ️
We chanced upon Toto's to get a quick coffee, little did we know we would land up spending hours and hours at the cafe. We started with some outstanding Israeli coffee and progressed to some very healthy salads and tapas. Everything is freshly made, slow-cooked with the choicest of ingredients and sprinkled with love before it is served to you. The prep time gives you the luxury of reading a book or playing some cards & games. We loved the quiche, mung bean salad and cabbage tapa especially. All the interiors are hand made and painted by the team giving the cafe a very boutique and cosy feel. The owner is warm and always up for a positive conversation. A great place to just stop and slow down.
It's one of the most creatively designed cafe I have been to. Authentic food, crazy ambiance, amazing host. What else to ask for? Go for it if you are around.
