Without researching in other shops please venture into it. My wish to buy cycle for fitness is greatly fulfilled. I researched in online and went through many shops(track and trail,local shops)but it satisfied me Pros 1.varieties and brands of MTB and hybrid to choose from 2.the staff are skilled in explaining patiently which other shops lacked 3.they allow for TEST RIDE 4.all kits are available. 5.shop is well maintained 6.service is also good

Good range of cycles but need better customer friendly business. I have purchased a bicycle today here the product seems good as of now but fitting is poor. The handlebar which has to be parallel to ground is of inverted v shape causing the grip to slip away often and there is no comfort driving the bicycle. When I asked the person who attended he simply said it is as per design. I must find a better mechanic to get it adjusted.

This shop has all varieties of cycles from kids to adults and so many models at one place. Mr.Arun coordinated and guided us well in choosing the cycle for our 3yrs old kid. It also all spares available. Recommend buying here.

Wide variety of bicycles available. Initially I was unhappy with the free accessories they provided but upon my request they changed it to my requirement without any extra charges. Customer support is excellent. I bet they never let down the customers.

I went to buy cycle for my 6 year old son. They did not have any cycle that was already assembled of the required size. I was shown photos. To look at photos and buy, I would rather buy online much cheaper. When we requested that we would like to try the cycles. was informed that assembly would take 2 hours and instead of waiting, they would rather send the cycles at home. We can try and keep the one required. I was told someone would come next day morning (Feb 28) but there was no contact from anyone. When I contacted Mr. Arun in the afternoon, he promised that they would bring cycles by 6 pm. Again 6 pm, cycles were not brought home and the number went unanswered. On contacting store (Annanagar branch) they told that they will find out and callback after 5 minutes. But again no callback from them. Went to them after looking at online reviews and friend’s recommendations. But had very bad experience. Update: After this review they diligently followed up to get the issue resolved. I ended up buying somewhere else due to specific color need.

The cycles are good but quality of service is bad. They told cycle would be ready by 9pm on Mar 1 2021 But we gave some extra time but when we went there on Mar 2 2021 at 1pm the told it wasn't ready. They made us wait for 1 hour and finally they gave the wrong model. But still it was good so I bought it
