No guidance, bad road to place, no help and blocked paths to the beach. You only get here because you want to access Antarvedi beach.

View is so gud... V went in aftrn.... It's the merging point of river Godavari into the ocean.... Scenic beauty.... Luved the experience.... But not so development around.... We had to struggle throughout the pathway to reach the spot.... It is famously said as " Akka chellella gutta" Locally
Currently no direct way to beach as the way is blocked by police due to some incident Went through different route. But beach is very clean
The view from the top of this lighthouse is breathtaking. You can see Godavari meeting the Bay of Bengal. It's also fun to climb those stairs. Once you are done with the stairs, you will get a ladder to negotiate. Not kind to weak knees and hands. It's better for frail (or heavy) and aged to sit this one out. Very close to the famous Antarvedi temple.
View from the lighthouse, th experience of going into a lighthouse, the location as the confluence of Bay of Bengal sea and river Godavari is mesmerizing. Especially in the evenings when crowds have dulled, lights are scare and calmness is vastly expansive
It is very good and wonderfull visiting location
It's a light house with optic light. You are permitted to reach the top of light house. There was a minimal entry fee for visitors and camera fee was extra few bucks. Not all people can reach the top of light house. Every can reach up to certain level by using RCC steps. From there there was a 70 degree metal ladder with confined opening to the next level where actual light source is present. This particular section makes a critical pass for elders and kids. Once you reach top you have supereb views of ocean and sangam point of godavari into bay of Bengal. Visitors are generally allowed from 2 pm to 5pm.
Nicely maintained light house with beautiful photos and facts of lighthouses on the way to top. Courteous staff. Timings 3 to 5 pm only
