I have had the worst experience dealing with the secretary of the doctor. Even if we call a month in advance, she doesn't respond to anything. After sending so many messages and calling every hour, everyday she doesn't respond. She talks like she doesn't care even if you're dying. How can such a irresponsible person be in charge of taking appointments. I have all the call logs and messages that I want to share. I hope someone looks into this. The worst lady is handling the appointments. After calling for so many days, she gives appointment after 2 weeks.

Very nice people, Very helpful. Very patient with patients. They are guiding international patient correctly and good diagnosis for patient. Dr Anish Behl and his team Pallavi, Arti, Soumya, Deepthi, Nagaraj, Naomi are very gentle people , very helpful and kindful people. Very bad service im training for an appointment but always busy people never pic the calls. 4-5 pm keeping mobile busy. Doctor treatment is very good but management is bad.

Very bad service from Apollo sugar clinic, all the investigation are most heigh in sugar clinic, and team members are insisting us to do it in clinic only..... But Dr never said not even once to do in sugar clinic, camparing quality and ambugasi also not much great. Only Dr service is good.

I'm Raju from Mysore I was seaking an appointment ( Throught PRACTO) in is private clinic which is convenient to me and cost wise also less comparing to Your Apollo sugar clinic, from I was not trying an appointment in your estemied clinic why you people are calling and convincing me to come to your clinic??? This not good on your part. I appreciate Dr. ANISH BEHEL treatment and is service kindly don't repeat any body.

Padmaraj is exceptionally helpful. Dr Anish is excellent and means well for you both from professionally and personal point of view. The staff are helpful but you would need to ignore the fact that they wont be receiving you with a smile! Overall good treatment. However Apollo as a Hospital needs to improve its infrastructure and cleanliness.
