Very bad experience and total waste of time and money. I ordered Flowers and cake for Mothers day and they could not deliver it. I tried to reach them by email and only automated email replies are coming back & phone call to support keeps disconnecting. Finally after 2 days they came back to me by email and i agreed to send to my Mothers birthday which is 5 days after mothers day. Guess what? they changed the order and delivered Chocolate and Cake a day before my mothers birthday. What a waste of time and money? They just changed the order without my approval and delivered it. If they do not have the item which the customer ordered, they are supposed to reimburse the money back and not deliver whatever they want to the customer just because they don't want to reimburse. I used their site for few years and thought they are decent guys until this incident. Please do not use this site as you cannot reach customer service by Email or phone & they do not believe in re-imbursing the money because they do not have the product you ordered and they will deliver some stuff to make it up and keep the money.

I placed an order which they couldnt deliver and neither refund given. They gave vouchers. I used voucher for delivery in Pathankot and they charged 317 Rs delivery charge which is too much. The reason given was lockdown restrictions... But other florists could deliver there. Why take the order if you cant deliver.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve placed an order which was supposed to be delivered today between 8am-2pm. It’s now 5pm and the person it was for has yet to receive it. What is the real customer service number???? The one time I got through (around 12 noon) the lady said the order was already in the way. It’s been 5 hrs since and nothing. The flowers are probably dead if they have been out for delivery for over 5hrs in this heat. Please be aware and do not order from Arena Flowers. I’m going to email them now, if I don’t receive a reply or my order by today I’m going to consumer court and file a complaint against them. I wonder if I’ll even get my money back. Absolutely disgusted. I would give them zero stars if that were a choice, but since it’s not one star it is, which is more than they deserve.

Awesome arrangenents with on time delivery facility.. got my flowers delivery in less than 2 hours. Amazed to see such quick delivery by arena flowers juhu branch.. they also sent me a greetign card at no cost... Well done and keep it up.. cheers

I generally don't write any review but, this bouquet is so so beautiful that I can't especially took out time to write one :) It is exactly as shown in the picture. My living room is brimming with life with this beautiful bouquet. I am just in love with you guys. Keep up the good work Arena Flowers.
