They were then joined by Dr Payal Nikumbh as the third co-founder of Arooj Healthcare Pvt Ltd. With a motive to bridge this gap, the doctors came up with this initiative – Arooj! They are a team of dedicated consulting physicians, nurses, physiotherapists & other qualified staff trained to take care of patients who require assistance at home after discharge from a hospital. Arooj provides 24 hrs monitoring to patients, Home ICU setup, home physiotherapy treatment & home diagnostic facilities. The Arooj team knows the importance of treating critical patients who require extra care. Arooj is also specialised in providing Home Stoma-Care, Stroke Care, Mother-Child Care (post-delivery) & Cancer Care. Currently serving Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane in Maharashtra, Arooj aims to expand & cover other cities to help patients recover peacefully.

This is for the attention of the owner. You have replied to lots of negative reviews saying ''We apologize for the inconvenience and we will surely look in to your review''. You may want to mention '' what have you looked into'' and ''what's been improvised to deal with the complains''. Please note that the apologies don't help perticularly when services have been paid for.so don't apologise IMPROVISE instead.

Dr Payal Nikumbh

Availing services of baby care attendant for the last 2.8 yrs. Staff is trained, empathetic, clean, hygienic and most importantly she is regularly supervised and monitored by the supervisor. I'm informed about her leaves in advance so that I can plan my work schedule accordingly. She is a good caretaker for my child and also manages her timely eating, play time. I'm very happy with the services.

My father had a brain stroke and choice of home care was between arooj and one of their competitors. The initial assessment itself was done In detail at the hospital and the care was started the very next stay. The staff is very well experienced and we don’t have to worry about the right care. They were very helpful is arranging a last minute help which was cancelled by other agencies too. They also have a weekly review of the nursing staff to keep them in check. Overall, it has Been a great experience so far.
