The showroom is very nice. It is a good service centre. But it has less service area and staff.
Pathetic service.No coordination whatsover among all employees.Try to avoid.
Very poor.. short space servicing. Too Mach vehicles service.. bike parts nt available maximum time.. man power nt enough..
Very poor service by Shaiba suzuki. Lack of space for servicing . Lack of staff . There is no part available at the time of servicing. The servicing staff returning the coustomers because of not availability of bikes parts. Washing facility is not good . Washing staff don't wash the bikes carefully . After washing the bike there still muds on bike. After all the price of the parts are high. At a time only two bikes can be serviced here. As a Suzuki Customer I am not satisfied at all.
Workshop is good but small. Staffs behaviour is nice but service time is high and parts not available all the time in stores.
2011 Model break shoe ,break cable reaer or front , stiering lock none are available in this showroom & mechanic are also not so expert I think .
Most common Parts are not available.taking too much time for general service work.Technical staffs are insufficient
