This person named Aritra Bhattacharya along with his wife named Arijita Bhattacharya came to our chamber for doing false case against his own aged parents and as sir refused him to do so , as this is against sir’s morals and principles this person and his wife got ferocious and started giving false comments against Advocate Ashis Kumar Chowdhury.. We are looking into this matter and will take necessary steps against him as early as possible.

He made signed on 6 - 7 blank pages by my wife on 8th March saying that on 11th March he will send letters to different complain cells even in absence of my wife and blankly on the same day by 8:30 pm he is denying that he has not said so . On 23rd Feburary he told the case charges will be 50K in package and on 8th March his assistant told the case package is 1 lakh / 80 Thousand. I have a doubt he is planning to misuse that 6 - 7 blank pages signed by my wife .
