More than a showroom, it feels like buying vegetables. Absolutely worst customer care anyone can possibly give and the onus is on the ignorant sales team which malign the Hero image..

Very very quick response and service by Mr Tarun at Hero motors...Very friendly staff Very nice guidance by tarun in explaining about new product too All set to go....

They are charge too much money. If you talk about servicing they only change engine oil. they don't know how to clean vehicle.

Very wrost experice. Not at all good for servicing vehicles other than free. They charge too much. It's better to do servicing from whom they seats a road side.

Pathetic, firstly the showroom is difficult to find, secondly Hero customer care says the showroom is open and upon reaching the place the showroom is closed. Total waste of time.
