Took delivery of a vehicle recently. What I liked.. \u003e Hospitality and responsiveness- the sales consultant Hafeez was always quick in responding and addressing the queries. \u003e Delivery timeline- Managed to get the vehicle well before the promised time, though there is huge serge in the demand. While this completely depends on the availability of the vehicle, communicating , following up and adjusting a vehicle when the vehicle became available made us happy. \u003e Day of delivery and paper work- though the paper work is unavoidable it is always a better customer experience when the process is done on time and priority. Thanks to the team. What can be improved \u003e Insight into accessories and insurance- the accessories and insurance in the showroom are overpriced when compared to mahendra m2 mall online store. Having dealer margin and installation charges are unavoidable, but it becomes concerning when you are not communicated about it. I guess this is the case with every dealer. I hope they make this process a little more transparent.

This has by far been the best experience anyone can have when it comes to purchasing a new car.
