I loved this place... It is stunning... Single stone cave temple... You have to climb up here to view the beauty of the place... You will find one lake also... You will get guides here to know more about the history of this place...

Badami cave temples is a good one day trip on a weekend. Caves and temples carved out of rocks are amazing to look at. Overall a nicely maintained and clean place. There are a lot of places to explore here. You may need about 4 -5 hours to explore in a relaxed manner. Photos at this place come out really good. This is a proper family outing too.

A must visit place for those who love history and architecture. There are 4 caves out of which 3 are Hindu temples and 1 Jain temple. There are no Deities though and no Poojas are performed. The carvings are very intricate and tell a lot. Better to have a guide to explain all the details. They charge Rs.800/- and it takes around 1.5 hrs to cover all the 4 caves. There are a few steps to climb and one may plan accordingly.

A must visit historic place when you are in Badami. All the caves are preserved well and maintained in good condition. Top tourist attraction point. The view from top of this point is awesome. This is maintained by archeological dept and they collect the entry fees of 25 per person. Please do not litter the place and enjoy this historic place. There are informative boards, sharing information about caves

Best Place to visit in Karnataka.. one of the main tourist attractions spot... Best months to visit between October - January. Four wheeler parking is available at this place even you can park the bus here. Clean washroom and a safest place to visit.

Very nice place if you love our history. Visit early in the morning. Parking is available. Entry fee 25rs. Fee 50rs for car. Lot of walking and up down stairs. Takes around 2 hours.
