The worst insurance company to get your car insurance from. I gave my car for claim but no response from the Bajaj insurance agent's side. I ran after him and took his number from the workshop and you won't believe what happened next!!!! He didn't pick up initially and when he did he wasn't even intrested. He asked me which car and started telling me that this part or that part has not been damaged due to the accident. My car had bumped into the car ahead and the bonnet had been been dented. So said that bonnet we will dent paint and not replace. Over that he was like that my bumper had been damaged from before and this shall not be included!!! I mean which car bumps into a car ahead without the contact of bumper!!!!! My car is still at the service center because of this guy and I highly recommend you do not take insurance from these Bajaj Allianz. Horrible experience, their website looks good and agents want to sell insurance but they are not going to pay for ur damages rest is upto you!

Bajaj alliance general insurance at sikandarpur, gurgaon. This is at walking distance from sikandarpur metro station .My experience at this office is pathetic. The reception is being handled by security guard. No properly maintain and trained. He didn't know the details of forms required to be given. Queries are not being forwarded to the insurance staff sitting inside. They always try to fwd the queries and people to Rohini branch
