i am very tired. because first time purchase my phone by bajaj finserv .so i pay my emi monthly 1600 in 2/6/2020. but bajaj finserv cut the payment my account 1170. after two days open bajaj app.apps show me your this month emi bounded so that customer you pay the 16004502050. so i am pay this month total amount117016004503219. in future no purchase any item by bajaj finserv.

Bajaj finserv office is shifted from shubhash chowk to MG mall 1St floor. Had a very bad experience in Bajaj office I went for close my loan account but cashier is not available staff told me he will come after 11:30 am as office open time is 9:30 am. This is really joke bajaj has only one cashier in the office and that also coming like a gvt office timing. Office atmosphere is like fish Mkt sales executives are messing office atmosphere. Branch manager also not available. It's really ram bharose company. They have shifted but they did not updated on Google. Totally miss management.

They are thief. They cheated me. First they said add on card is free . Bt later I found that its 199. They said warranty payment is one time. Again I found that its for whole emi period.
