I visited the place with one of my family member. At first I was hesitant but later I observed the staff to be very professional and doing service with patience. I started with one service and took after another service as I was delighted by their services and professional approach. All staff is courteous.

Not worth it. And this place is for ladies only. Not for gents. Wasted rupees 300 for nothing. To begin with... they were rude from the start. They were purposefully not greeting me, or asking me what i wanted or what service i needed. They noticed i had long hair, which meant more work for them. They usually earn more from ladies for having to deal with that much hair. Looks like they expect mostly females... in that case, they shouldn't mention unisex salon... Staff was not able to understand directions. I wanted a quiff... they haven't had heard of that word but wanted more money... the cut ended in a horrible joke. Substandard service and inexperienced staff. Charged me 300 for a substandard hair cut... it was not worth even 20 rupees... initially they asked me for 500, saying "long hair" cutting for gents costs more. After i came back to my flat, people pointed out something quite not right with the cut and that it looked like a joke... The person who cut the hair, apparently did it in purpose, as they don't want to deal with male customers... he said that he has experience with only ladies haircut... and cut the hair like a 12 year old girl's haircut! I had to go back to that salon, get the cut redone and somehow manage the show. The second staff for shaving the hairline was inexperienced with male hairline .. after he got one side wrong, i asked him to stop and not bother with the other side. It was horrible experience. He didn't know how to do the hairline at all. //Rs300.0 debited@SBI UPI frm A/cX0488 on 29Mar21 RefNo 108813149946// The final outcome was substandard. You can get a better cut done in any cheap male salon for 50 rupees... even they get the hairline right. I don't recommend this place.

I have been with the salon for about 3 years now. The service is excellent and personalized. Hence satisfaction rate is high. The level of comfort is 5 star and a relaxed time is assured here.
