All interventions are tailor made for every single organization that we come in contact with. At the core of our work, we use all the tools of theatre for Human and Organizational Transformation. We use high end theatre tools for Diagnosis and Prognosis in an organization to identify and build theatre solutions with key Stake holders and Leaders. Our strength is to identify organizational challenges and provide theatre-based solutions to the same. We collaborate with International Human Rights Organizations to create theatre interventions in public spaces ( Amnesty International and World Economic Forum ) Our Founder, Ranji David is a theatre practitioner with over 16 years of Theater experience and 15 years of corporate training experience. He was heading the Learning and Development Bangalore division of TechMahindra for 6.5 years in his last corporate stint. He leads all our interventions for organizations with a highly qualified and experienced team supporting him. Our other facilitators include theatre practitioners Claudia Vau (UK) , Elena Roncoroni (Italy) , and Jen Kristel (USA ).
