I have had the worst luck of experiencing Sigma today itself so putting my fresh review here. We had to get an MRI done for my mother in law and we went to Sigma as we saw a lot of reviews online. i spoke to their employees on the phone and they sounded supportive but when we reached the center, the nightmare started. First they changed the rates that were told to me on the phone, after waiting for an hour, then they asked us to go to a different branch, wherein we again had to wait for 2 hours. the center was in dilapidated state with no ac etc, the staff at the civil lines center was of absolutely no help in making the patient comfortable. Finally they even harassed us while giving the receipt of our payment. please please do not fall for the fake reviews and go to this place if you care about the well-being of your family.
