Utterly disappointed by this agencies' service. Went on a trip to Sikkim last December. And everything was smooth before hiring the service of Batman's. Everything associated with this is below par. Vehicles in bad condition with unprofessional drivers. Hotels lacking basic necessities required in Sikkim. And now the owner will ask for receipt. Well , he wasn't picking the phone when I was facing problems with my family in Lachung. Please refrain from hiring this.
