Following the lock down, shortage in supply was experienced in some types of automotive battery. After googling, Battery Store was contacted over phone and they had the required type in stock. They also agreed to courier the battery to Thiruvananthapuram. Order was placed and money was transferred online by 1 pm on 03.09.2020. The item was collected from the local courier agency by today (04.09.2020) evening. Thanks to Mr. Ajish for his meticulous, customer friendly service. Keep it up. Wish him every success.
