Very Nice Hospital. I was in this hospital for 4days had a good experience with friendly staff behaviour, and also special thanks to Admin dept Dhaneesh for assisting me regarding insurance side. Again nice hospital which gives trust to us...Duty nurses take more attention to the patient which is so appreciates. Thanks to the entire team. I can prefer this hospital to anyone as I trusted this hospital..

Hospital is fully occupied with mosquitoes rather than patients it seems. When asked to provide a mosquito repellant they said that those things are not provided and further they defended stating mosquitoes are common. My query is isn't it's dangerous for an operated patient with severe disease and low immunity and resistance. Is this is how they treat and provide services. I asked for a complaint book to raise my concern for which they said it's not available. I expected a normal service which was not present there. Disappointed. Hope the hospital management authority consider this.

Admission formalities verry worst. At the time of Discharge detailed billing amount summary not issued from hospital side only give the overall bill amount summary. I can't know my room rent, pharmacy bill amount and detailed non claimable billamount. Food not issued from hospital to patients..

My twin babies were admitted in this hospital immediately after their birth from another(GBR hospital) for NICU care on 14th March 2021. I should thank GBR hospital Dr.Bhuvaneswari for Reffering this Bewell hospital. My babies received excellent care from the NICU doctors and NICU staff nurses.special thanks to Dr. HARIPRIYA, Dr. NIRANJANA and Dr. JOE and Dr sivaraman . They gave full attention and treatment to my babies. What ever they do before proceeding anything Dr.haripriya mam clearly explains the need for the procedure/treatment and politely asks us and listen to us in case if we have any different opinion. The NICU nurses were so kind,polite,patient and caring. My twins stayed in NICU for almost 16 days and we stayed there for a week. I must give Special thanks and appreciation to the NICU sisters (jamila,Nisanthi, Priyanka) for their dedication and hard work. They are really great who were working constantly even during the late night hours. House keeping -good, staffs daily come and asking for any issues we were facing during the stay. Canteen- food ok but need to be improved. Reception people - very helpful and responsive HR senthil Kumar sir also very helpful Pharmacy - Mr.Ezhilarasan was so helpful and responsive. One can go for treatment if they have any issues for their babies without any second thought. I can say excellent hospital for pediatrician and NICU.

Best hospital for new born. My kid was admitted in this hospital immediately after his birth for NICU care. The NICU nurses were so patient and caring. They literally took care of my son more than myself for 5 full days. Special thanks to the NICU sisters (Nisanthi, Priyanka, jamilla and Mary Sofia)
