1. It seems they are understaffed and hence everything moves extremely slowly. 2. Sales person who took my order provided wrong color in the specifications to the manufacturing and then he left the company and now I am stuck with the odd colour. They didn't change color neither bothered to compensate for their mistakes. 3. Ground level staff who do installations are extremely unprofessional. They lie, deceive and if you are not careful they will damage walls. I think this is company wide culture of not respecting customers. People there won't respond to messages and calls. 4. I will not recommend Beautex to anyone, ever! Stay away from this company.
