Awesome program for pregnant moms. The session was truly amazing . Only after the session I was stress free and understood the importance of diet and nutrition. Such a informative session which helped me during and after pregnancy .Its was very positive,motivational and refreshing to talk to someone who is experienced in this topic .I really enjoyed each and every aspect of the session. I am a second time mother ,this class completely changed my perspective about pregnancy and labour. Before joining the class I did not know about pregnancy parenting and how much impact mother has on the baby's development. The techniques suggested are unique and enjoyable on so many levels. Doing activities together with my husband has vastly increased the bonding and positivity in my family. Highly recommended for expecting parents ! Truly wish I could have attended her classes when I had my first one. Thank you to sowbarnika mam. I don't know about Parenting in womb and how much the mother's thoughts, activities, mood and food will influence baby's growth and character until I joined this class. After joining this class, I felt very happy and tried to be more positive and happy even though I faced many issues during that time. Meditation class is highly unique. I feel like a new born after attending the meditation session.Bcoz of this class only, I enjoyed each and every moment of my pregnancy.
