Always (over) crowded and that makes it difficult to understand what's the process to get things done. It helps if you know someone there! As such - there are good officers and people - always trying to help. But perhaps needs a bit more organized Governance (& facilities - like proper drinking water, rest/waiting place, wash rooms, parking).

Poor service Barasat rto all staf not good and Rto staf bavohar is not helpful

Process is slow.... While giving the final test... They will give u time from 10.... After completing the initial formalities like document submission and photo taking.... They will tell you to go to the examination field they will keep you waiting for no reason till 3:30 after that they will start talking the exam

Looks like it's improving. Long way to go. I came here for hypothecation of my car. Lot of people told me I have to pay brokerage which will cost high. However experience is very good. I did not have to pay much. It was just 130 rs with bills. And process was smooth. But I personally fell, this process also can be even more smother by enabling online which is not currently.

I have visited here number of time to get my two wheeler driving licence. This place is generally crowded by the applicant who required learner licence, driving licence, pollution, C/F, registration etc. Whole procedure is very slow and you need to maintain a long que for all the work. There are lot many broker available who can complete your work by providing brokerage amount.

Totally irresponsible staff, i have successfully passed learner test on 5th march 2021 but till now not received my learner license, when i checked it on website showing pending approval by Rto.

All the official and the staffs are corrupted.! The work process is very slow and they does not provide you with any smart card... they provide a normal pvc card for which they charge extra 50rs.! Except 540rs. On the day of DL test,the test will happen at 3:30pm for two wheeler and they will charge you 55rs for parking but you have to keep your vehicle outside only! Worst experience at the WB25 rto

The officials are rubbish...they just don't want to work at all. The place is filled with brokers for doing simple simple task. My Transfer of Ownership is pending for the last 3 months, still no movement on this has happened.
