Very good service. I had a alignment problem in my back door, Mr. Srinivas did a quick inspection and fixed the problem. As there was negligible alignment still left, he further asked his staff to do it again properly. I am happy to see his customer focused attitude to look into the details. He advised me on further instructions to take it to the branded workshop as it would require some specific tool for this model to make even fine grained adjustments, in case I am interested. He ensure and asked me if I was satisfied with this work. I would definitely recommend this workshop to others for any type of repair and maintenance work for your cars.

Very professional and understood the issue and fixed it in a day. Did not over charge or bring out more issues and charge more. He insisted me to wait and not spend much money. Very genuine mechanic I have seen in the last 10 years of maintaining car ! You can trust this place and let your car !

My Hyundai Accent 2008 model had recently got a new weird issue. After driving for 10kms, the gears won't get engaged and I had to stop it on roadside for the engine to get cooled down. After waiting for close to 20 minutes, the gears will get engaged and the car can run for 10 more kms. I got fed up of this issue and took it to 3s for repair. Srinivas heard the issue and came for a test drive. He suggested to replace the clutch bearing, cluth plates and the flywheel as they were worn out. He suggested to for Hyundai original parts. The flywheel was not available in Karnataka. In the total south zone, only Chennai had that part. He got it procured with the help of a friend and installed it. After replacing those parts, the car was taken for test drive and it ran fine for 40 kms, after which the issue again came back. This time Srinivas took the car again for inspection. He found out that after replacing the clutch, the alignment has to be set correctly using the computer via the can bus. He got it done with help of his friend. Now the car ran for 100 kms without any issues. Srinivas accompanied for the test ride to check for any issues. But none came this time :) Overall, Srinivas is highly knowledgeable and experienced. In case he doesn't know something, he openly agrees to it and he tries to solve the issue by getting suggestions/ideas from his past colleagues, friends etc. and finally resolves the problem. I liked this attitude in Srinivas. He is a genuine person and you can rely on him for any of your car repairs or services. Thank you Srinivas for your service !! You got life back to my 13 yrs old Hyundai Accent and I am so thankful for that :)

Thanks to Mr.Srinivas for the kind of service he has provided. He values the trust and confidence the customer has kept on him while giving the vehicle for servicing. He is very transperent on the reporting the issues and providing suggestions on the replacement of parts/spares. Doesn't Un-necessarily push you to replace parts and gives a fair idea how long it can further be used. The best part of his entire service is he does a complete video recording to provide the live condition of the vehicle before servicing and recommend on what needs to be taken care during this service and next service. He has no hidden charges and very cost effective. Keep up the good work and wish you a bright future for your service center.

My car doors were getting unlocked while driving over some small bumps. Srinivas acknowledged that he hadn't seen this problem before but then went about figuring out the root cause very systematically. The solution he came up with was as simple as it was brilliant. Just a piece of tape between the door sensors to close the gap. Very impressive. Other mechanics were saying it's an electrical problem and would most likely have spent a lot of time and my money on checking all the electricals. Overall, very happy with Srinivas and will come here for any car related issues. Highly recommended!
